3CK Land Resources provides real property title services on a contract basis to individuals and energy companies throughout west Texas. With an experienced team of landmen we can complete any type of project in a timely manner.

Cleat Stephens, President and West Texas Manager, has over twenty five years of experience in business as an independent landman, title insurance agent and real estate broker in west Texas. He has an extensive background in all phases of real estate and real property title including surface and mineral estates, land and right of way acquisitions and has brokered countless transactions involving residential, commercial and ranch real estate representing sellers as well as buyers.

3CK Land Resources has been largely involved in the development of several of the largest utility scale solar projects in the state.
